We expect it to be there but we don't consider the many problems it can pose with regards to health & safety, security & privacy and even to excess heat & glare caused by extreme weather.

Solar control

If you have ever endured solar heat and glare whilst sitting in an office, at home or on the workshop floor you will know how uncomfortable life can be. Through ordinary glass windows Solar energy enters the buildings and is radiated as heat, light and glare… our solar film applications are the answer.

 

Privacy & decorative application

In addition to our standard range of etched & frosted films we have numerous patterned, coloured, opaque, translucent & transparent films which can be installed to the very highest standards.

 

Stop those unwanted and prying eyes invading your privacy. Our range of privacy films allow glazed areas or glass panels to be transformed into translucent or opaque surfaces. If required we can even totally obscured whole or part glass areas.

We offer a cost-effective alternative to the complete replacement of existing glazing.

 

Manifestations & Graphics

Glass and transparent glazing used to sub-divide a building may not be visible under certain lighting conditions. We can offer small discreet manifestations or large graphics which will prevent collisions and ensuring against injury. If the presence of such glazing is not easily identified it must be made apparent by some form of manifestation.

 

For Current Health & Safety legislation, manifestation must be of sufficient size and regularity to make it immediately obvious. It can take the form of broken or solid lines, patterns or company logos, positioned between 600mm x 1500mm from finished floor level, at appropriate horizontal intervals. An intelligent interpretation of this would be a maximum gap of 400mm (dependent on size and clarity of graphics).
